would definitely recommend for a stopover
Inviting room, luxurious bathroom, featuring a rainfall shower head that was a wicked indulgence and a fantastic walk-in closet for storage.
Couldn’t find a single fault.

Beautiful lake views from the balcony.
During our stay, the shower and bathroom were poorly maintained, with sliding doors that did not function properly. Every shower left a mess due to poor design, and it seemed the hotel's commitment to sustainability was questionable. To top it off, we were surprised to find no bathtub in our room, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The lakeside dining experience
Waking up to a view of the shimmering lake and indulging in a delightful breakfast spread truly made our stay memorable. The staff's personalized service made us feel special every moment.
Unfortunately, the location was a bit farther from downtown attractions than expected, requiring a 30-minute taxi ride or lengthy walk for sightseeing.

It was just a top selection for a flash stay in Hamburg with great value. The breakfast was good, but the service was quite slow. Consider using a taxi to reach downtown Hamburg faster.

Absolutely loved the room with a stunning balcony view! The service was top-notch—couldn't ask for better during our stay. Spa area was perfection, and I had a delightful time unwinding.
The Wi-Fi was about as speedy as a tortoise on a lazy day. Good luck streaming anything without buffering!

Best for luxury seekers
The spa was lovely and had an infinity pool that seemed to stretch into the sky. The breakfast was great, served fresh and good, without the usual buffet chaos, everything was so well taken care of.
It wasn't cheap, but let's be honest it was worth every penny.

The hotel's architecture and the luxurious amenities impressed me, making it feel like a special retreat. However, the breakfast service was chaotic, with delays and disorganized staff, which detracted from the overall experience. Nonetheless, the beautiful location by the water is a standout feature.

Beautiful views and exceptional service
I stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with a Partial Lake View, and I must say, the panoramic views were breathtaking! The warm, welcoming staff elevated the experience significantly, especially during breakfast, where the variety of organic juices was impressive. However, I found the room slightly small for my liking, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious stay.
